My hubby and I almost always drink a cup of hot coffee in the morning here at home. If it's not first thing in the morning, however, I don't like hot coffee, even when it's cold outside. Sometimes I like to splurge on an iced coffee when I'm out shopping or running errands. The problem is, iced coffee is loaded with calories. I always try to order skim milk, but I checked out the online information for one of my favorite iced coffees and found out that a small is 260 calories, has 12 grams of fat and 34 grams of carbs! I can not fathom the idea of wrangling children in a coffee shop just for a cup of coffee. Pouring it at home, during naptime is a mom's dream come true. ;)

I love Iced Coffee (especially International Delight) and was sad when I had to give it up for our diet. I see now (thanks for posting the pic of the Nutrition Facts) that I might be able to enjoy a small cup every morning!

I just noticed that you said I can't get this for another 9 days… I've been watching for it because I really like the original vanilla version but it isn't part of my new year's diet, so I gave it up… with the light version I can add it back in and not feel guilty!

This is my favorite coffee, EVER!! I absolutely LOVE it and I'm glad they have a light version because I drink WAY too much of ittttt.

OMG! I never thought of making popsicles out of my Iced Coffee. I'm seriously obsessed with this stuff, have a cup sitting right by the computer at this moment. And I love the light version – I actually think it tastes better!
