Traveling with kids is always a bit difficult. My kids have always slept better in their own beds, which has made some nights away from home dreadful. Neither of my boys ever really liked the Pack 'n Play after they got past the baby stage. We take along Captain Fussybuckets' couch, but it's not ideal for sleeping all night long since he's so tall now. With Halloween less than a week away, it's Candy Central around here. We took the boys to a Fall Festival on Saturday and they got bombarded with candy (and this was with them SHARING a Halloween bucket!) I want them to enjoy sweet treats, but we are also working hard to teach them about moderation and on top of that, the absolute nasty JUNK that is in our candy.
