Since we began using cloth diapers when Captain Fussybuckets was a baby, we are always on the lookout for great cloth diapers that fit and are reliable. We were able to review a Glow Bug diaper for Baby in an adorable apple print. He has really started to take notice of the diaper he’s wearing and when I pulled his one out of the laundry he said “appo!!!” and was so excited. It is a super cute diaper with bright colors!
I really love snaps on diapers and the snaps on the Glow Bug diaper didn’t let me down. They are spaced perfectly so we can get a great fit with Baby D. The diaper is said to fit newborns through potty training, or 7-35 lbs.
I really like the double gussets in the legs for added protection. That feature is probably my favorite in the whole diaper. Extra protection is always, always good!
Glow Bug diapers are designed in a way that keeps inserts in place with a snap in the back, that the insert snaps into. Then, you stuff it down in the pocket, which has two openings so you can grab and pull the insert from the other side.
So, the verdict is….this is a great, cute, functional, reliable diaper with great features. It has everything you could want in a cloth diaper! If you’re looking to start your stash or maybe replace your stash with a reliable diaper, Glow Bug is taking preorders for the 2012 Girl, Boy, or Neutral collection.
