Have you heard about Snapshot? It's the super cool little gadget that plugs into your car and it sends information about how you're driving back to Progressive and then gives you a possible discount on your car insurance! Snapshot takes note of things like hard brakes, rapid accelerations, and daily mileage to get you the best rate.
Progressive has made it easy for you to try Snapshot. All you have to do is sign up online and see if your vehicle's make and model, as well as your state, qualify to try Snapshot. Then, you'll get Snapshot in the mail to try for 30 days and then you send it back, prepaid by Progressive! It's super easy and actually a little bit fun.

We plugged in Snapshot just a few days before our vacation, so we put more miles on it than usual. If you only take one vacation a year, my suggestion would to not include that in your "Snapshot" because you might not get the best rates. If Progressive only sees 30 days out of your year, you probably don't want to include the most driving you'll do all year in that Snapshot like we did!
We have four more days of Snapshot before we get our final savings projection, but right now, we're on track to save 9% off of our rate! Woo hoo!!!
