The question of the day is "What do you do to cope when you are nervous?" I do a lot of things when I'm nervous, depending on the situation. I might pace the floor, bite my nails, look for a quick exit, stay quiet, or become a chatterbox. But to cope with being nervous, especially if I have to anxiously wait for a phone call or important email, I have to remember myself to breathe and say a prayer! These two simple things are enough to keep me calm and get through the nervous situation!
