I have always had trouble with motion sickness. I've learned tricks that help keep the motion sickness at bay – like making sure I don't get too hot, don't get hungry or thirsty, and sit in the front of the vehicle, but sometimes those tricks just don't work. So, I was excited to try Psi Bands. I was sent the Racer Black design:
The Psi Bands are easy to put on and comfortable to wear. They apply pressure right on the wrist to naturally relieve nausea due to morning sickness, motion sickness, chemotherapy, and anesthesia. Psi Bands come in five different designs and really are no different than wearing a bracelet or a watch. What a great way to relieve nausea!
You wear the Psi Bands two and half finger widths from your wrist. That is where the Nei-kuan acupressure point is.
Psi Bands are washable and reusable, which is great and very cost effective!
You can buy Psi Bands at many different stores, such as Babies R Us, Whole Foods, Rite Aid, CVS, as well as online stores like Amazon, Target.com, and more! Check out the Psi Bands website for a full list of retailers and for more information.
Follow Psi Bands on Twitter and Facebook!
