Have you heard of the many benefits of natural coconut oil?  If not, sit back and listen to this!  Coconut oil can be used to cook with, as an oil or substitute for margarine or butter.  Some people like to use it in smoothies and also eat it by the spoonful.  You can also put it in your tea or coffee.  There are many free coconut recipes, too!  Did you know that you can make ketchup, mayonnaise, salad dressings, candy, and so much more with coconut oil?

Coconut oil can also be used as a face cleanser, cloth diaper safe cream, skin moisturizer, hair gel, and so much more.  The Gold Label virgin coconut oil contains the highest level of anti-oxidants.  There are no solvents used in processing and none of Tropical Traditions' coconut oil contains GMOs, hydrogenation, or trans fats.

I have really enjoyed my Tropical Traditions coconut oil.  It is very smooth and smells yummy.  I love continuing to find uses for this amazing stuff!  Check out my friend Ashleigh's post about her love for coconut oil at The (Not So) Clean Mommy!

Have used their Coconut oil and they sell the best, their soaps and skin creams are the best out there.  Once you try them you will understand why this little company sells the best.

My mother is in the later stages of Alzheimer's.  I just recently heard about the many benefits of coconut oil and had some shipped to my parents.  My dad has been caring for my mother at home.  He started giving her some coconut oil everyday, and now he says that she is smiling again…she hasn't smiled in a very long time!  They went for a walk in their neighborhood, and when a neighbor said Hello to them, my mom said Hello back! She hasn't said any real words in a long time, either! This is only after taking it for about 2 weeks! We are so very hopeful that she will continue to improve!  He has only been giving her about 2 TBSP. a day, but now he plans on giving her more. We are all amazed and now my entire family has started taking it! I would LOVE to win some FREE! Thank you!
